  • Providing Human Resource direction for your employees as it relates to employment laws and compliance to the business policies.
  • Assisting and managing the hiring and termination of employees.
  • Managing critical human resource responsibilities and employer risks to your business.
  • Complete payroll processing services for all employees including gross to net payroll and distribution of all deductions to the appropriate agencies.
  • Reporting, collecting, and providing on-time deposit of employment taxes with federal, state, and local authorities.
  • Providing assistance concerning worksite safety so environment is conducive to productivity.
  • Providing worksite employees with a broad range of employee benefits programs including healthcare insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and many other value-added, comprehensive benefits leveraging our buying power.
  • Managing the employment liability exposure by monitoring and requesting compliance with employment laws, developing policies and procedures that apply to worksite employees (in conjunction with our client and their approval), and working with the business owner(s) in assisting with disciplining worksite employee violations.
